Tremont has some of the most beautiful stream scenery in the Great Smoky Mountains. Here is a closeup of a relaxing Tremont stream in Springtime from a few years ago.
If you’re looking for a great hike in the Tremont section of the park try the Middle Pring Trail. It has gorgeous scenery and is usually not very congested.
While most of the crowds are driving by the Tremont road towards Cades Cove do yourself a favor and take a detour into Tremont…you just might fall in love!
