Horses graze in a peaceful meadow in the late afternoon sun at Cades Cove….
Cades Cove is the best location in the Smokies to view wildlife. Black bears, deer, turkey, and coyotes can all be seen regularly roaming the fields throughout the cove.
Early morning and late afternoon are the best times to view wildlife. Just remember to keep a safe distance and don’t disturb the animals.
